Dine Source is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Director of Operations by serving as the main POC for the performance of program operations functions, assist the Government with financial issues, and assist with the development of business processes. This Operations Manager will assist with corporate interface requirements, e.g. HR, Security, Contracts, and program monitoring and control activities. The Operations Manager will lead and manage Program Managers, team leads, and other employees in personnel management, training assessment, and professional development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
Provide management and oversight of all activities to include cost, schedule, and technical performance of the company.Manage technical and administrative staff and provide ongoing direction in the performance of the program.Assist in serving as a key customer contact for program activities. Lead program review sessions and regularly meet with and update the customer on project status.Prepare and deliver formal briefings.Direct program managers.Tracks employee timecards, expense reports, travel, and leave balances ensuring compliance with DDC rules and government regulations.Develop and track Contract deliverables ensuring timely delivery in accordance with Contract Requirements.Maintain open lines of communication at all levels of the company and ensure information is communicated timely and effectively at all appropriate levels.Develop and monitor program plans.Prioritize workloads and maintain appropriate staffing levels.Establish and maintains effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other outside agencies.Assist with coordination and preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Participate in negotiating contract and contract changes.Assist the Recruiting Team, by creating job requisitions, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employeesSupport our Contracts Group with putting together Subcontract Agreements and modifications as needed.Obtain or assist in the renewal of ISO CertificationsOther duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Must be a US Citizen4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field – Education and/or experience requirements may be decreased or waived if the individual has an extraordinary educational background or uniquely applicable experience or highly specialized knowledge.Understanding of different types of government contracts and appropriate execution strategies is preferred.Familiarity with government regulations related to government contracting is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsLeadership and management skills as evidenced by previous work experienceStrong customer service orientationMust be able to pass a background check – Ability to obtain and maintain a t least a SECRET clearance is preferred.This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60–1.4(a), 60–300.5(a) and 60–741.5(a).
