What you'll do:

The Digital Assets Group Portfolio Manager position is responsible for analyzing, structuring, underwriting, and coordinating the onboard of Blockchain and Digital Asset Business Deposit Accounts in compliance with the Bank's Digital Asset Group policies and procedures. The Portfolio Manager will manage deposits to ensure customer and sector related risks are responsibly monitored and identified. This position will assist in attaining established Bank, region, and branch goals through active participation in underwriting and closing desirable deposits. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for assuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.Along with Business Development Officers, interface with clients in-person, over the phone and email in order to assess their banking needs and determine the best structure and items needed for analysis.Manage the complex deposit needs and clients across the team.Gather and analyze necessary information to underwrite and present an account opening request to senior management or Bank Deposit Committee for approval.Coordinate processing of approved deposits; ensure deposit accounts are processed according to agreement and Bank standard, customer needs and conform to the Digital Asset Group policies; obtain sufficient information and/or documentation from customers; assist in solving problems relative to processing and servicing of deposits within the Portfolio Manager’s portfolio.Reinforce superior customer service through your own example along with appropriate follow-through with involved customers and employees.Handle various portfolio management and upkeep tasks and responsibilities related to new deposit requests and/or the existing portfolio.Mentor other members of the team.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting, and 5+ (eight) of experience at a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Credit underwriting experience strongly preferred.Advanced knowledge of Digital Asset, Blockchain, and Crypto-related companies and their banking needs.Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, bank administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude, and an upbeat positive outlook
