Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced product marketing professional to join our Portfolio Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing positioning, content and supporting marketing plans for a set of Employer Services products.
You will work closely with Employer Services product, marketing and sales stakeholders to drive demand for HR compliance focused solutions that span the employee lifecycle (onboarding, active and offboarding). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product marketing principles, experience in marketing project management, and proactive communication skills. Experience in marketing data-driven software solutions to the HR industry is also preferred.
What you’ll do:Develop and maintain product marketing content, such as, but not limited to, messaging guides, product sheets, sales presentations, talking points and selling briefs
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and decision makers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Employer business priorities
Collaborate with marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Support the New Product Innovation (NPI) product launch process, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness of launch deliverables
Manage and update product marketing content in EWS Digital Asset Management library
Lead and/or support product sales enablement activities as necessary
Provide regular updates on work status and projects to Portfolio Marketing leadership
May present marketing strategies, campaign plans and results to leadership, while seeking feedback to gather diverse perspectives and ensure alignment
Produce engaging thought leadership content for speaking engagements and webinars
Assist in the creation of marketing playbooks and strategy briefs
What experience you need:Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, communications, or similar field required
3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role in a complex business environment, including extensive experience with product launches and sales/marketing campaigns
What could set you apart:Have an understanding of Marketing Planning, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, traditional and new marketing tactics, channel marketing and the infrastructure and tools necessary to support these activities
Experience in the HR technology industry. Specific experience with HR compliance and/or benefits solutions, such as Form I-9 or the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
Pragmatic Institute training and Product Marketer certifications
Familiarity with Equifax products and solutions
A passion for data-driven marketing
Work experience in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to make fact-based decisions and adjust plans accordingly to meet the needs of the organization
A growth-oriented mindset to manage and implement change effectively
Strong capability to define and simply communicate the value proposition of product portfolios and brands for markets and segments
Excellent written and verbal skills with sensitivity to diversity of internal and external audiences
