Job Summary:
The Portfolio Marketing Manager is a key member of the Revance Aesthetics Portfolio Marketing team, supporting the day-to-day execution of customer engagement, retention and loyalty initiatives to help develop long-lasting relationships with our customers and drive business growth. The Manager will manage day-to-day program development and support go-to-market tasks. They will work collaboratively within the portfolio marketing team and cross-functionally across the organization to support comprehensive customer engagement and retention solutions. They will be joining an innovative team making data-driven decisions to deliver actionable work that provides value and supports continued growth in the market.
Reporting to: VP, Marketing Aesthetics
Location/Territory: Hybrid from the Nashville, TN area, or fully remote from other locations
Salary Range: $102,500 - $140,910
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
Represent Marketing on cross-departmental teams to develop customer engagement, retention and loyalty initiatives. Assist in the development of go-to-market plans. Manage vendor and third-party relationships as necessary. Own go-to-market marketing tasks to help drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty. Execute research, testing and exploratory initiatives to ensure programs deliver value to customers, driving continued engagement and retention, and growing customer lifetime value. Support pilot programs by capturing customer feedback, supporting customer testing, preparing value analyses, and assisting in proposed go-forward recommendations for scaling in-market. Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators). Support market and competitor research. Support additional portfolio initiatives as needed for the business.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree; OR Master's degree & 2 years' directly related experience; OR Bachelor's degree & 4 years' directly related experience; OR Associate's degree & 8 years' directly related experience; OR High school diploma / GED & 9 years' directly related experience; AND 1 year of managerial experience directly managing people, projects, programs or resources
