Your role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will join a dynamic team focused on managing large-scale, strategic projects that drive overarching portfolio growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, especially the ISCO organization, to ensure that project objectives align with organizational goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will:
Strategic Initiatives: Drive the achievement of strategic objectives and sales targets by managing complex projects that enhance existing products and processes.Lead Time Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead time efficiency across various portfolios processes in close collaboration with ISCO value streamQuality Improvement Processes (QIP): Drive the execution of quality improvement initiatives to ensure product excellence and compliance with industry standards. Costing Analysis: Conduct detailed costing analyses to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong, customer-centric communication with sales teams and customers regarding product queries, changes, and supply risks.Investment Planning Support: Contribute to investment planning and operational measures by delivering essential project milestones and insights.Risk Mitigation: Lead risk mitigation initiatives, including second sourcing strategies and product improvement projects, to ensure business continuity

Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering or business. Master’s degree, MBA or PhD preferred.5+ years of professional experience, preferentially in the Life Science and/or pharma industry.Strong background in Project Management, in Operations / Supply chain preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing complex projects including stakeholder management in a matrix environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Possess a process driven mindset with a drive to analyze the root cause and continuous improvement. Also, digitally savvy.“Can do attitude” and enjoy solving complex problems and simplify/improve processes.Ability to navigate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
