Your Role:
Portfolio strategy and implementationPerforming market research on latest trends and insights related to MedTech and Ultrasound Customer Service. Developing new products for CS global portfolio and driving entire process from concept to commercialization, including digital products.Supporting the developing a coherent set of Customer Service offerings across the world, working closely with Commercial leaders and the Product Segment leaders (General Imaging and Cardiovascular).New product introduction (NPI) and sales enablementProvide CS market input to various product development teams. Interfacing with marketing to produce training and marketing content that our sales teams can leverage to accelerate the adoption of our products and then monitoring the impact of the content. Designing CS initiatives and service sales enablement programs to support Go-to-Market campaigns for new product introductions (NPI).Support deal escalation and tenders as needed.Preparing operational and executive-level reports and presentations for management, including internal business reviews and external customer presentationsYour Expertise:
Experience supporting a Healthcare Service or Sales organization.Knowledge of the medical industry, Ultrasound business in particular a plus.Skills in using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Power Apps a strong plus.Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
3-5 years’ experience working in a marketing/product management role.BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in making strategic decisions based on quantitative analysis. Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions to complex problems.Experience with overcoming obstacles within a large organization to meet goals and deadlines.Ability to drive initiatives though working with cross-functional groups.Team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Outstanding communications skills- both written and verbal.The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
