The Opportunity

As the Corporate Function Portfolio Reporting Consultant, you will work closely with the CFPMO team, Corporate Function senior leadership, Portfolio Leads and project teams in operating and enhancing the portfolio reporting process, as well as compiling and presenting updates and findings to executive and senior leadership forums.

The Team


The CFPMO oversees the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as defines and owns project management standards across the company. The team is focused on driving and aligning critical programs and projects across our Corporate Functions, creating more visibility into this work, while enabling better prioritization, collaboration, and execution. 

We are a newer team of self-starters, who enjoy solving complex business problems with proven track records of excellence in project management and the ability to quickly structure and manage work in a dynamic, complex environment.

The Impact

Serve as primary lead for CFPMO-wide reporting efforts, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and qualityAct as point of contact for all CFPMO-related reporting questions and issues, providing expertise and guidance as neededCollaborate with PMs across the CFPMO to develop the scope, design, and implementation of the long-term reporting solutionEnhance key metrics to be included in the reporting solution on an as-needed basis, based on requests from business and executive-level stakeholdersContinuously evaluate and improve reporting process and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accessibilityProvide regular updates and ensure escalation of any risks to key stakeholdersContinuously enhance and enforce standards for data quality and governance

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and expertise5+ years of report development experience3+ years of experience dashboarding or working with visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI)1+ year of experience using Clarity PPM

Ideal Qualifications

Experience in wealth management and/or insurance industry sectors3+ years’ experience with data analysis, data modeling, forecastingExperience with process improvementStrong problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with SAPExperience with process improvementProject or Program Management Certification (i.e., PMP, CAPM, etc.)Solid understanding of pros and cons of various project management frameworksKnowledge of extract / transform / loadKnowledge of data modelsKnowledge of query languages (i.e., Dax and M)Understanding of how to normalize dataAbility to synthesize high volume of content and prepare clear and concise status reports for stakeholdersAbility to effectively present updates and recommendations to senior management

Salary Range: $102,500.00-$134,500.00
