In this role you will play a critical role in enabling teams that build solutions which empower our internal & external insurance professionals to deliver value through sales experiences that delight users and provide accurate & efficient quotes, ultimately allowing us to continue to Win Together with Purpose.
The Portfolio Scrum Master is a member of the delivery leadership team for the portfolio guiding the coordination, synchronization, and support of a “team of teams” that is necessary to deliver upon our priorities and initiatives. Additionally, the Portfolio Scrum Master advises portfolio leadership on value stream efficiency and effectiveness ensuring alignment to strategic goals. The Insurance Professional Sales Experience portfolio is currently involved in multiple high-profile, transformative initiatives and is looking for someone who is prepared to collaborate, influence, and possesses a robust communication and planning skillset.

Work with team leadership to identify risks and mitigate dependencies, risks, blockers, and impediments that may affect the “team of teams” progress and ability to deliver valueAggregate product team objectives and progress to ensure visibility and transparencyFacilitate communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders at portfolio level events to ensure alignment with organizational goals and prioritiesUse assessment models and indicators to gauge the health and effectiveness of the team of teamsDrive the usage of data and metrics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of both product delivery and engineering excellenceGuides continuous improvement efforts to enhance delivery and effectiveness of the team of teamsProvides coaching and consulting to Portfolio and Product Team leaders on good practices to accelerate maturity and remove organizational barriers to agility QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills. Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least eight, typically ten or more years related experience as a project team member, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
