Portfolio Servicing Analyst
Job Description An investment banking client is looking to hire a Business Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing operational data, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement efficient workflows. You will serve as a central point of contact, responding to stakeholder inquiries, problem-solving issues, and ensuring relevant teams have the information needed to make informed decisions. A key part of your role will be maintaining detailed records and documentation, paying close attention to accuracy and data integrity. Additionally, you will engage with internal governance committees, contribute to risk management efforts, and explore technological solutions to streamline operations. Your analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be essential as you work to enhance the company's overall business performance.
