We provide an upbeat, friendly environment where you will be rewarded for taking initiative, collaborating, suggesting process improvements, and having fun while doing it. This is a hybrid role in Seattle (South Lake Union) working in office 2-3 days per week.
This analyst will report to our Operations Manager and work very closely with 5 Operations Associates and our Investment Strategy Group (ISG).
You will contribute by:
+ Collaborating with ISG members to:
+ Develop Salesforce processes for ISG functions
+ Optimize Tamarac and internal processes for optimal trade results, including maintaining securities database in Tamarac and maintaining alternative fund attribute data in Salesforce
+ Maintain investment models
+ Performing daily reconciliation of all trades
+ Researching performance inquiries from wealth management teams
+ Producing quarterly reports
+ Providing backup for centralized trading
+ Assisting with resolution of trade errors, including creating process improvements to prevent future errors
+ Assisting with training of Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators
+ Executing share class conversions across the firm
+ Performing data audits to prevent rebalancing errors
+ Classifying new securities and maintaining security databases
Required Experience:
What you bring:
+ 1-2 years of experience in the wealth management industry, including trading and rebalancing
+ Proficiency with Tamarac Advisor View and Rebalancer, Salesforce CRM, and/or similar systems is preferred
+ A Bachelor’s degree
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including experience using Excel to manipulate and process data (pivot tables, x-lookups, etc.)
+ Outstanding research, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize effectively
+ Series 65 license or willing to obtain within first 3 months
