Job Summary:
The Portfolio Transformation Lead will join the Core Technology Infrastructure Portfolio Management (PMO) team responsible for end-to-end management of various complex material change projects across infrastructure technologies. They will also establish/enhance the PMO Operating Model in alignment with Global Technology Infrastructure strategy, ensuring processes/procedures/reporting are automated (as applicable), and sustainable. This individual will provide a critical link between the change and Tech teams/functions and the business stakeholders to ensure the transformation being delivered is in support of the organization’s strategic goals and key priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the PMO team, fully accountable for engaging the appropriate partners across multiple LOB and Enterprise partner organizations to deliver against expected outcomes and timelinesResponsible for the development of documentation, presentation materials, status updates, reporting on project/program accomplishments, escalations, and plansAdhere to Enterprise Change standards for Program and Project Management (Program deliverables, tollgates, PPRT System of Record updates, change controls, Permit to Build requirements and more)Responsible for delivering business transformation across operating model, process improvement and automationThe candidate will be responsible for both medium/long term project planning, as well as day-to-day task tracking and monitoring of risks, issues and dependencies to ensure momentum is achieved and sustainedProvide status updates and reporting for the initiative portfolio to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule for the PMOClosely partner with the CTI Portfolio Managers and CTI Strategy Team in executing on CTI’s strategic multi-year roadmapTrack the strategic outcomes for the overall portfolio and ensure that execution is aligned to them and the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards. Framework in place to monitor portfolio level risks, issues and dependenciesFacilitate review of current state analysis, connecting information to other projects/workShare CTI Portfolio Management best practices and learn from Global Tech peer Portfolio Management teams best practice (Community of Practice)Drive integration, alignment, and continuous improvement of Portfolio Management process, tools, metrics and measures as defined by/aligned to the Single Process Inventory (SPI)Required Qualifications:
7+ years Technology, Program and Project Management experience in a Global environment2+ years of working knowledge and experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), Agile View, Confluence and WIKIProficient with standard tools such as PPRT, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, PMMT, PCM, SharePoint, etc. Experience with Agile/Waterfall Methodologies, Enterprise Change Standards for Programs and projects SDLCRisk Management and Mitigation PlanningIT Infrastructure background (Networks, Cloud, Hosting/Data Centers, Database, Middleware, Messaging and Identity and Access Management)Demonstrable experience on large-scale op model, process, or data transformationsKnowledge of ITIL, Service Lifecycle Management, Software Development ManagementResults-oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships based on trust, teamwork and knowledge with attention to detailsSelf-Starter with ability to confidently lead meetings and discussions to drive program and project deliverables and resolve issues and challengesSkilled at managing scope, deliverables, schedule, risks, issues and interdependencies impacting the program/project and develops sound mitigation and GTG plansDesired Qualifications:
