Location: Flexible with travel across the North and Irish Seas

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and technical leader to oversee asset management and the implementation of equipment maintenance across multiple port locations. This role focuses on managing technical installations, vehicles, infrastructure, and buildings to ensure class-leading, safe, and efficient port operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for port infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance. Lead budget planning (Opex and Capex) for equipment and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational standards and drive cost savings. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors. Provide technical input on equipment and infrastructure specifications. Manage workshops and support compliance with manufacturer and regulatory guidelines. Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ senior-level experience in facilities management within a similar environment. Expertise in facilities construction, maintenance, and planning. Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to deliver improvements. Financial and commercial awareness with analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Technical knowledge of port facilities and equipment. Qualifications:
Relevant engineering or surveying qualifications. Health & Safety certifications (e.g., Level 3 NEBOSH or equivalent). Why Join Us?
