Kforce has a client that is seeking an onsite POS Analyst to join their team in Canton, MA. Essential Functions: * Understanding our in-store network design and equipment in both brands * POS Analyst will be supporting and troubleshooting our in-store networks and devices * Running PowerShell packet captures and analyzing in Wireshark * Leading support calls for troubleshooting store issues, engaging the vendor or Retail network team as needed * Understanding restaurant technology in store and how it connects and utilizes the network * Utilizing Network tools to monitor and validate network issues in our stores * Manage the network within our lab partnering with the Retail Network Team * Technical documentation and knowledge articles and training for our Support teams * As a POS Analyst, you will form cross functional relationships and communications with our network vendor, network team and support teams * Understanding and troubleshooting in-store Wireless Network * Understanding and troubleshooting Cellular and Satellite Network devices
