Job Description This lab manager has an important role in providing support to several testing labs where this person will be troubleshooting POS systems that connect to kiosks, digital menu boards, and the app/web. This person will be working to configure, troubleshoot, and test new launches/technology within the brand. This person needs to be eager to learn / expand their IT knowledge and be open to working on site 5 days a week in the Miami and Hialeah office when needed.
