Join Rogers as an industry leader and receive premium pay. Full Time Positions are available from entry-level to experienced Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Batch Mixers, and Line Inspectors at our Carol Stream, IL location.

Compensation Starting between $19.00 to $25.00 depending on specific job and experience! $3,000.00 signing bonus + Shift Differential

Shift Details: 

 

- Shift 1 (Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm)

- Shift 2 (Monday Through Friday 1:30pm – 10pm)

- Shift 3 (Monday through Friday 10:00pm – 6:30am)

Essential Functions: Set-up, operate and troubleshoot calendar equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials. Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification. Accurately record production data into the computer database. Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties.  Resolve process issues and escalate as needed Perform other duties as directed and assigned Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol Accurately follow work instructions Maintain a clean work environment Perform various other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a production/manufacturing/indusindustrial-relatedronment.
