We are currently seeking Registered Nurses who are interested in working in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at our Newark location. This position requires an orientation program that includes a 26-week paid training. The Perinanesthesia Fellowship includes rotations in critical care units, perianesthesia areas, and courses that will culminate in adequate preparation to function independently as a PACU RN. The PACU RN rotates to all perinanesthesia areas once the fellowship is completed (Prep & Holding, Phase I PACU, and Phase II PACU).
**This fellowship is only open to experienced nurses, who wish to work in the PACU. New grads will not be considered. **
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Fellowship - anticipated start date May 2025.
Shift Requirements: Rotations of shifts – Day, Evening & Midnight Shift hours as required. Weekends, Holidays and On Call shifts – per the department guidelines.
