**Post Approval Processor**
**$16.75hr**
**Franklin, WI (** 3 days On-Site – 2 - days remote (mandatory Mondays, flexible the other two days)
**8-4:30pm M-F (** department hours – 7am – 6pm– may be asked to work during this time frame)
**Job Description includes:**
Team works with the analysts to resolve NIGO and complete changes for underwriting. The Post Approval Coordinator is primarily responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms that are required for our insurance policies can be placed in-force. This includes communicating via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests. Typical requests include explaining processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are in good order, resolving documents that are not in good order, preparing documents for electronic signatures, completing changes to policies as requested by underwriting and answering status questions. The Post Approval Processor is accountable for understanding the request and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solutions using available resources.
**Desired background and skill set:**
+ Solid Microsoft Office Skills
+ Strong attention to detail to maintain records
+ Professional writing skills to communicate with field offices (internal customers)
+ Comfortable learning new web based and Microsoft Office systems
+ Accuracy and strong attention to detail

**Pay Details:** $16.75 per hour
