Post Closing Manager - US Based Remote
**Job Summary** The Post Closing & Funding Manager, reporting to the Vice President of National Operations, will support local Escrow Officer teams by creating a seamless post-closing process. This role involves managing Post-Closing Supervisors and Specialists including the recording team, and overseeing operational accounting tasks, and driving team efficiency and culture. **Job Responsibilities** Team Leadership: + Recruit, select, and manage talent. + Foster a culture of teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement. + Develop leadership skills in Post-Closing Supervisors. + Ensure adequate resources to meet service expectations. + Build strong relationships with brand leaders. Collaboration and Service: + Act as the primary contact for regional leaders. + Handle critical escalations and local leadership questions. + Collaborate with the National Operations Center leadership team on interdependencies. + Work with finance and accounting to improve practices. + Ensure team performance against KPIs. Process Improvement: + Design and optimize processes. + Drive standardization and adherence to processes. + Gain efficiencies through automation, outsourcing, and cross-training. + Develop controls to mitigate operational risk. + Use feedback to continuously improve service. **Qualifications** + Minimum four years of supervisory experience. + Experience in Real Estate transaction processing and customer service. + Ability to coach and motivate staff. + Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + A “people-first” approach with a focus on exceptional customer service. + Ability to identify and resolve problems, gather and analyze information, and maintain confidentiality. + History of effective collaboration with different departments and leaders. + Adaptable, able to prioritize and manage competing demands.
