Recruitment/Posting Title Post Doctoral Associate Department SAS - Chem & Chemical Biology Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary The laboratory of Dr. Jean Baum at Rutgers University is seeking highly motivated candidates for an NIH-funded postdoctoral position available immediately. Current projects include investigation of molecular mechanisms of protein aggregation, amyloid formation, liquid-liquid phase separation involved in neurodegeneration and mechanistic understanding of collagen fibril formation in disease. The lab uses a multifaceted approach that integrates advanced biomolecular solution- and solid-state NMR spectroscopy, Atomic force microscopy, and other biophysical techniques with molecular biology, cellular assays, and computational methods. This allows us to probe key interactions and dynamics across a range of spatial dimensions, from the atomic level to the nanoscale. Further details can be found at: baum.rutgers.edu.
