The appointment is initially for one year with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
The successful candidate would work on projects in methods development for coupled electron-nuclear dynamics based on the exact factorization approach and time-dependent density functional theory. Projects involve theory developments, algorithmic implementation, and analysis. Experience with electronic structure and dynamics, non-adiabatic molecular dynamics, and coding is strongly selected for.
