This is an independent post-doctoral fellowship training site. Traditionally, this is a 40 hour-a-week position with a full day devoted to report-writing.  Fellows are responsible for 20 billable hours of clinical service a week.  Generally, sixty percent of the cases are neuropsychological cases, while forty percent are psychological cases.  Fellows are expected to complete comprehensive outpatient psychological and neuropsychological evaluations with a range of patient populations, including children and adolescents with a multitude of medical diagnoses and neurodevelopmental disorders. Fellows will consult with psychiatry, psychology, neurology, neurosurgery and developmental pediatrics clinicians. Additionally, fellows are expected to provide comprehensive feedback to families as well as assist in case management when appropriate. For those fellows seeking board certification in clinical neuropsychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP-Cn), opportunities are available for additional training and should be discussed with our fellowship program manager, Dr. Lisa Elliott.  However, it should be noted these training opportunities are in addition to the requirements of the current fellowship.  Supervision requirements for licensure are fully achieved.
