Apply your knowledge in fluid mechanics, numerical methods, and multiphase flows to develop innovative aerothermal/mechanical solutions for next-generation GE Aerospace productsDeliver on technical projects with guidance to meet project requirementsParticipate in a team on technology programs to enable future design advancements, while demonstrating independence in executing tasks leveraging your technical skills

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering specializing in Computational Multiphase Flows. Fundamental knowledge in fluid dynamics, multiphase flows and relevant computational expertise and drawing physical insights thereof.Demonstrated competence and experience in code development using C, C++, PythonDemonstrated experience in using in-house codes or commercial CFD codes and meshing tools.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new, unfamiliar technology areas. Experience in using large computer clusters to run large simulations.Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
