Post-Production Coordinator

THE ROLE

As a Post-Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for quality control and workflow of AllSaints.com global imagery. We are looking for quality driven image content, underpinned by the technical expertise of digital photography, lighting, composition, and colour.

We are looking for someone who can appreciate the essence captured by photography and styling, cementing this through retouch to produce imagery that best represents the brand.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Main contact for digital concessions image queriesWork with digicon on partner image requirements (maintaining guidelines and processes)Resize, rename, handover all imagery & upload for ecomDay to Day upkeep of image related issues across the businessTracking post production workflowSchedule retouching resources for in-house and freelance teamsEnsure workflow runs efficiently to meet deadlinesBring creative and technical feedback on images to the Studio teamRetouch AllSaints e-commerce imageryProvide freelance on-set shoot teams with technical supportReview and sign off daily the lighting standardDeliver final image to the Digital Asset Coordinator for uploadingWork with Studio Manager to communicate team and image development plans WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?Extensive experience of related fashion retouching experience is a mustObsessed with detail - bringing a high caliber of image standard to the brandAccurate eye for maintaining image consistency as defined with the Art DirectorComputer literate, proficient in Photoshop and Bridge use of Wacom tabletExperience using and creating Adobe CC, PS Actions, scripts & dropletsA clear understanding of colour managementEssential to have an understanding of Capture One Pro and image processingAdditional support to be given to Studio teams (permanent and freelance). Examples but not limited to issues around CaptureOne image processing, checking cameras, cables and lighting rigsCommercial understanding and brand awarenessUse of initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environmentAbility to project manage multiple deadlinesClear and effective communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to maintain pace whilst being adaptableAn enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude under pressure ABOUT THE LOCATION
