Job DescriptionTimely reporting of all repossessions from 3rd party service providers to the applicable client, either by email or within the client’s system of record.Obtain all client-required forms on each repossession to meet service-level requirements and timelines.Field a high volume of inbound calls to schedule vehicle release and place outbound calls to coordinate pickup, paperwork, and answer questions.Manage lot inventory, including handling redemption releases, transport releases, and following up with individual agencies to maintain an accurate inventory of units on lot.Handle contested repossessions to ensure the vehicle take-back process is conducted efficiently and accurately.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of client communication skills and/or administration in an office-related industry.Phone experience required, with the ability to answer and manage multiple communication lines.Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Good tenure and professional phone demeanor.Excellent verbal communication skills.Customer-oriented, efficient, and accurate data typing and research.Ability to type at least 40 WPM.Work Environment
The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
