The Propulsion and Energetics Laboratory in the Kevin T. Crofton Department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering at Virginia Tech is seeking a postdoctoral associate to work in advanced manufacturing and characterization of energetic materials. The position is primarily in process development in the fabrication of energetic materials using advanced manufacturing techniques. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for the characterization of these materials through a variety of experimental techniques. The selected candidate will work in an interdisciplinary team involving multiple departments throughout the university and with our industrial partners.
