Join the forefront of groundbreaking research at the Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope, where we're changing lives and making a real difference in the fight against cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening illnesses. Our dedicated and compassionate faculty and staff are driven by a common mission: Contribute to innovative approaches in predicting, preventing, and curing diseases, shaping the future of medicine through cutting-edge research.
We seek a motivated and talented Postdoctoral Fellow to join Dr. Andrei Rodin’s laboratory in the Department of Computational and Quantitative Medicine, Beckman Research Institute.
The Postdoctoral Fellow will be working in a highly collaborative group on a variety of multidisciplinary research projects with a common theme of developing and applying interpretable AI / machine learning / deep learning / information-theoretic methods and algorithms in the context of multiscale biological networks, ranging from molecules (protein chemistry) to genes (spatial transcriptomics) to tissues (digital pathology) to individuals (cancer immunotherapy response) to systems (social determinants of health). Our research projects are supported by outstanding collaborators, robust core facilities, and the availability of unique multimodal biomedical datasets.
