Postdoctoral Fellow in CMOS-Bio Interfaces and in Neuromorphic Engineering
Details Title Postdoctoral Fellow in CMOS-Bio Interfaces and in Neuromorphic Engineering School Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Department/Area EE/Applied Physics Position Description Donhee Ham group (https://www.donheehamlab.org) at Harvard University has openings for a number of postdoctoral positions for projects in CMOS -bio interfaces and in neuromorphic engineering. In CMOS -bio interfaces, CMOS integrated circuits are interfaced with biological systems such as mammalian neuronal networks and DNA molecules for applications in neuroscience, neurotechnology, machine intelligence, and molecular data storage. In neuromorphic engineering, brain-inspired and brain-mimicking electronics are built using a variety of materials and devices. There also is a strong intellectual and experimental overlap between the two projects. Experiences in one of the following areas is desired: electronics, integrated circuits, micro/nano fabrication, electrochemistry, nanoscale devices, memory, memristors, neuroscience, and cell biology.
