Job Title Postdoctoral Research Associate Agency Texas A&M Agrilife Research Department Biological & Agricultural Engineering Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate Job Location Dallas, Texas Job Type Staff Job Description Responsibilities + Modeling of stormwater flows and green infrastructure + Analysis and maintenance of detailed records of data and preparation of written summaries of results for inclusion in reports and manuscripts. + Writing refereed journal articles and technical reports. + Developing educational materials + Assisting in teaching workshops + Other duties as assigned Required Education/Experience + Completed PhD degree in relevant field (e.g. Agricultural and Biological Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science) Preferred Experience + Experience in design of green infrastructure. + Experience with conducting research and presenting of research data Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills + Ability to function as a part of a team + Excellent communication skills + Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others. Preferred Knowledge, Abilities and Skills + Knowledge and understanding of the mission and role of the land Grant University System + Ability to work with all audiences in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding counties + Knowledge of conversational Chatbot development.
