Postdoctoral Research Associate - Pharmaceutical Sciences
A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available to study genomics and pharmacogenomics of childhood leukemia. Using state-of-the-art molecular profiling tools (e.g., single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics), we are interested in identifying both inherited and tumor genetic variations related to leukemia treatment response and toxicity. We also perform a wide range of functional and mechanistic studies utilizing preclinical models and clinical samples to understand the biology of these drug-induced traits. We are seeking ambitious postdoctoral fellows with a track record of productivity and strong interest in translational cancer research. Applicants should have a recent doctoral degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or combined degrees). With a general background in pharmacology and genomics, the ideal candidate would be familiar with leukemia modeling and anti-leukemic drug evaluation in vitro and in vivo. Prior experience and training in data science is strongly preferred, including but not limited to bioinformatics and/or computational biology.
