Poultry House Operator at a Pharmaceutical Company

We are seeking a dedicated Poultry House Operator to join our team. This position is essential for ensuring the optimal care and management of poultry operations within our pharmaceutical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in the poultry house, ensuring compliance with all company protocols and standards.Monitor the health and welfare of poultry, implementing best practices for their care and management.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.Collaborate with the veterinary team to identify and address any health concerns affecting the flock.Assist in the collection and management of data related to production metrics and animal welfare.Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and functioning effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience in poultry management or related fields is preferred.Strong understanding of animal husbandry practices and poultry welfare.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills.
