Summary: Seeking a Powder Blender Technician to audit quality, blend materials, and maintain records for production processes.

Requirements:

Audit quality of base irons received Weight out necessary amount of powder type for desired blend Determine weight of each additive to mix with base iron Operate hydraulic tile table for bulk powder packs Add correct additives and blend in mixer Test powder at various stages

Preferred Skills:

Experience with powder blending processes

Responsibilities:

Maintain records of blended powders Perform preventative maintenance (PM) Reclaim unused powder Run test parts on sintering furnace

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
