HIRING POWDER COATERS IN DENVER, CO

 The Powder Coater is responsible for applying protective powder coatings to various metal surfaces, equipment, and hardware within the manufacturing plant. This role involves routine and preventative maintenance painting duties, including specialized painting projects, inspections, cleanups, and proper storage and disposal of paint products.

Pay: $18.00hr - $22.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday with overtime

Job Description:Prepare and powder paint a variety of surfaces, including steel, aluminum, and other metals.Apply protective powder coatings to items such as equipment and miscellaneous metalwork.Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.Clean up work areas and properly store and dispose of paint products.Operate various tools and equipment necessary for powder coating.Maintain records of coated parts and colors.Work in accordance with all safety procedures and policies, and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).Assist other manufacturing departments as directed by management

Work Environment:The successful candidate will be part of a small, dedicated team working in a shop environment.Most weeks involve 40-60 hours of work and team overtime is mandatory.The shop is an industrial space equipped with ovens and large machinery, which can get hot during the summer months.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
