**Job Description** Aerotek is looking for powder coating associates in the Middletown area for an immediate job opportunity. These candidates will be performing powder coating on different metal enclosures, metal carts, metal bins, metal boxes, and metal cabinets. **Responsibilities** + Prepare items for powder coating process + Inspect products for quality + Powder coat units + Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as needed **Skills** + Previous powder coating experience or familiarity with the process is preferred + Must be comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift + Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
