**Job Title: Powder Coater** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Powder Coater for our team in the northeastern Indianapolis area, working the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating and be capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Hang metal fixtures on hooks to load into the powder coating line. + Ensure frames and weldments are secure in the hanging harness. + Use a powder coat sprayer to paint metal materials black or other specified colors. + Hang sprayed frames and stage them to dry. + Visually inspect frames to ensure the coat was cured correctly. **Essential Skills** + Experience in powder coating, including hanging parts on a powder coat line. + Ability to stand for 12 hours. + Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently. + Skills in fabrication, general labor, paint preparation, coating, and racking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with industrial painting is a plus. + Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment is desirable. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and inclusive environment as a 2nd Chance Employer.
