Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on all products. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating, along with a strong commitment to precision and quality.
ResponsibilitiesPerform powder coating processes on various parts and products.Mask parts to ensure proper coating application.Clean parts before and after coating.Hang and unhang parts on the production line.Prepare shipments for delivery.Essential SkillsExperience with powder coating processes.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment such as multimeters.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Technical training in powder coating.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and involves standing, bending, and using hand tools for extended periods. Precision assembly work demands manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
