Job Description
The Powder Coater will be responsible for various tasks across the shop and during production processes. This role involves managing powder coating processes and adjusting equipment settings such as airflow, KV's, and UA. The candidate must follow directions and learn the automated processes specific to this environment.

Work Environment
You will work in a small team within a small shop environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for extra hours on Fridays. Most weeks will involve 40-50 hours, and teamwork is mandatory. The industrial shop includes ovens and large machinery that can get hot during the summer.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
