**Paint Line Powder Coater - Garland, Tx** **$20/hr** **Job Description** We are an independent, Texas-based producer of custom electrical enclosure solutions. As a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience, we serve customers in Material Handling Systems, OEM, Building Automation Systems, and Distribution. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to assist on our paint line. **Responsibilities** + Hang parts on the paint line, involving constant lifting up to 50lbs + Work with aluminum and other metals/materials weighing 50+ lbs consistently + Assist with powder coating and blasting + Perform sanding, industrial paint coating, and grinding + Help with general labor tasks, assembly, and paint prep + Ensure all tasks are completed following safety protocols and using provided PPE **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs + Experience with spray painting and blasting + Familiarity with industrial paint, coating, and general labor tasks + Proficiency in using hand tools and performing grinding tasks **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in powder coating, paint prep, racking, and sandblasting + Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with big fans + Willingness to work in a dirty, industrial room **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned business with a strong reputation and over 50 years of experience in the industry.
