**Job Title: Powder Coater** **PAY:26** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled powder coaters to join our paint line team. The role involves applying powder coating to components on manually operated lines as well as batch booth applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up equipment, preparing components, guiding coworkers, maintaining equipment, operating batch ovens, inspecting parts, and completing necessary paperwork. **Responsibilities** + Apply powder coating to components on manually operated lines and in batch booth applications. + Set up equipment for proper application of coating. + Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application. + Guide coworkers to properly prep parts. + Maintain equipment and keep work area organized. + Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications. + Inspect parts after coating is complete. + Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed. + Complete all necessary paperwork. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in painting. + Experience with powder coating, industrial painting, and spray gun operation. + Stable work history with a good resume. + Positive attitude and good cultural fit. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with paint prep, coating, sprayer, paint booth, and racking. + Ability to work in a physically demanding environment due to the size of the parts. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive wage and a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and voluntary life insurance.
