Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Ensure proper paint adherence by meticulously preparing and cleaning partsMaximize the efficiency of our powder coat system by expertly hanging parts on the conveyor system for high-quality coatingDeliver exceptional product quality by applying primer and powder coat paint with precisionSafely unload finished products onto pallets, ready for packaging and shipping to our valued customersKeep equipment and work areas spotless to ensure a safe and efficient work environmentContribute to the team by taking on additional duties as required.Powder Coater / Paint Booth Attendant Qualifications:
Self-driven and motivated; hard worker capable of working unsupervisedStrong attention to detail and a focus on qualityAbility to maintain a clean and safe work environmentQuick learner with excellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to lift or move 60+ lbs. products continuously and stand on your feet for long periods of timeStrong time management skills and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Experience in powder coating is preferred Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
