- Competitive pay rates
- Minimum of 5 years work experience the powder coating industry
- Supervision experience of a minimum of 3 years in a medium to large powder coating environment
- Excellent conceptual skills needed
- Knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings, wash and pretreatments
- Coordinate, recommend, and manage improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and sustain those improvements

What you'll do as: Powder Coating Manager
- Follow powder coating application principles
- Manage production schedules
- Manage all equipment preventative maintenance activities and requirements to required intervals
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance
- Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership, development, and training as required
Work Experience
The preferred candidate will have:
- Bachelor degree or greater
- 5+ years in powder coating industry
- Experience in Lean manufacturing environment
- Supervision experience of a minimum of 3 years in a medium to large powder coating environment
- Excellent conceptual skills and strong attention to detail
