Power Alerts Associate
Job Description The Power Alerts Analyst (PAT) will enhance Walmarts associate digital experience by utilizing Walmart systems, tools, processes, and technology to ensure comprehensive coverage and response to Walmart store energy system alerts and escalations. The PAT will handle, triage, and manage alerts and inquiries related to Walmart store energy systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Duties/Responsibilities: - Handle, triage, and manage alerts and inquiries for Walmart store energy system-related issues. - Validate alerts, racks, and other systems when a store's power has been compromised, including the integration of additional Walmart refrigeration internal systems. - Coordinate services with Walmart store associates, third-party vendors, and escalated Walmart teams as needed, employing multiple contact channels as advised by Walmart policies. - Follow standardized procedures to effectively validate and resolve power alerts. - Provide feedback on existing alert logic and workflows; actively engage in the ongoing process of learning new alert types. - Identify and communicate data quality issues according to proper procedures. - Efficiently troubleshoot, communicate, and identify disturbances in Alert types. - Identify any escalations and ensure they are properly communicated to the designated parties. - Work with primary team, and key stakeholders to drive improvement of internal resources - Maintain flexibility, acknowledging the nature of alert monitoring and the need for frequent change and improvement.
