Description We are seeking a skilled Power BI/Reports Developer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, data visualization, and database management, with a proven ability to transform data into actionable insights. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query. Proficient in SQL for querying and data manipulation. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts. Experience integrating Power BI with cloud platforms like Azure (Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with additional reporting tools like Tableau, SSRS, or Excel is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
