We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our engineering team in Warsaw! As a Power BI Developer in Grooming Data Hub, you will extend our Azure Databricks-based capabilities and focus on designing and implementing Power BI semantic models, optimizing their performance, and creating effective visualizations to elevate our data-driven decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities + Design, implement, and optimize Power BI semantic models to facilitate effective reporting and visualization + Develop and enhance DAX measures to support complex calculations and data analysis + Create compelling and insightful visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders + Collaborate with Product Owner, Data Engineer & Data Asset Manager to understand data requirements, integrate with data sources, and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency + Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with business objectives + Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve incidents and service requests related to your space Job Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field + 2+ years of experience in Power BI development, both semantic models & visualizations + Strong experience in data modeling within Power BI and developing DAX measures + SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation + Experience working with cloud services, especially Azure and Databricks + Critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment + Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices is a plus + Understanding of SCRUM methodologies and agile development practices is a plus What we offer + Industry Certifications (e.g. DevOps, Azure, and many others) + Competitive salary and benefits program (private health care, life insurance, P&G stock options, saving plans, lunch subsidy, sports cards, in-office fitness center) + Internal coaching programs & training + Flexible working arrangements + A long-term career with development and growth opportunities Who we are Information Technology (IT) at Procter & Gamble is where business, innovation, and technology integrate to create a competitive advantage for P&G.
