Key Responsibilities: Data Model Maintenance: * Power BI Lead will maintain and optimize existing Power BI data models to ensure performance and accuracy * Implement best practices for data modeling and visualization to enhance user experience ETL Processes: * Identify and integrate new data sources into the Power BI environment * Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure data is clean, accurate, and timely * Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to streamline data flow and integration Dashboard and Report Development: * Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders * Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly and meet the needs of various departments * Regularly update and enhance existing reports based on user feedback and changing business requirements Collaboration with Third Parties: * Work with third-party vendors to integrate external data sources and tools into the Power BI environment * Manage relationships with external partners to ensure data quality and compliance with company standards User Training and Support: * Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices * Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption and understanding Performance Monitoring and Reporting: * Monitor the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency * Generate regular reports on usage and performance metrics to inform stakeholders Stay Updated with Industry Trends: * Keep abreast of the latest Power BI features, tools, and best practices * Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the Power BI environment
