We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with experience in Microsoft Fabric to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence, along with expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.

Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Dashboards: Create insightful, interactive, and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports to help drive data-driven decision-making. Data Modeling: Design and implement complex data models that efficiently integrate data from various sources using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Data Integration with Fabric: Use Microsoft Fabric to manage data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration, ensuring seamless data flow into Power BI. Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for speed and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that reports meet business needs and KPIs. Data Security and Compliance: Implement row-level security and adhere to data governance standards to ensure secure and compliant data handling. Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain documentation for Power BI dashboards, data models, and processes within Microsoft Fabric, following industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role in data visualization and analytics. Microsoft Fabric Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric for data orchestration, pipeline creation, and data transformation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and M language. Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data modeling principles and data integration techniques. Data Warehousing: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, preferably with experience in Azure Synapse or other data platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional Microsoft data tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse). Familiarity with cloud technologies, specifically within Azure. Knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning is a plus.
