Lead the design, development, and implementation of battery energy storage systems, focusing on power conversion systems (PCS) and electrical components Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful execution of projects within defined timelines and budget constraints Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCS and electrical systems with overall energy storage solutions Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PCS and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability Identify and evaluate new technologies, components, and suppliers to enhance the efficiency and functionality of PCS and electrical systems Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols in all PCS and electrical system activities Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers on PCS and electrical system-related matters Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and best practices for PCS and electrical system development and deployment Utilize Autocad Electrical to prepare schematics and single line diagrams of electrical systems.
