The Power Electronics Engineer will collaborate with a multi-disciplined engineering team to develop new power conversion products for various vehicle segments and provide technical support for legacy products. The company’s electrical power conversion products range from hundreds of watts to tens of kilowatts.In this role, day-to-day tasks will include working with a team of 7-8 engineers specializing in power systems to determine the appropriate power conversion topology for different applications. You will then collaborate with a PCB layout engineer to translate designs into schematics using Altium.Must Haves:-10+ years of experience, with 3-5 years focused on power design and DC-DC conversion.-Experience with power levels ranging from 1KW to 5KW.-A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).-Strong communication skills for collaboration within a team.Good To Have:-PCB design experience in Altium (preferred).-Knowledge of circuit simulation and thermal calculations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120.00 - $140.00/hr.
