They will move products to and from various locations within the production area to be graded/regraded by the production team. Occasionally, they will assist with stacking products and pallets. Once a product is ready to be transferred to a different department, they will secure the pallet by banding it and move it to the Shipping & Receiving coolers. **Responsibilities** + Operate power pallet jack to move products within the production area. + Assist with stacking products and pallets. + Secure pallets by banding them before transferring to different departments. + Move products to the Shipping & Receiving coolers. + Manually lift products up to 50 lbs. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of warehouse experience in order picking or shipping/receiving. + 1 year of experience operating power pallet jack - Single/Double. + Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. + Strong communication skills - written and verbal. + Experience with machine operating, packing, packaging, RF scanner. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a produce facility. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment. The environment is very clean, and the warehouse is attached to the production facility. Both full-time and temporary staff work at this facility. The team consists of 20-25 people. Day shift hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and afternoon shift hours are 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Both shifts are required to work Sundays and Mondays. The dress code includes provided jackets, long sleeve shirts/pants without holes or rips, steel-toed boots, hairnets, gloves, and a recommended sweater.
