With a fully remote team of 95+ consultants, we foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven work culture.  We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Power Platform Enablement Developer to join our team. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, combined with excellent communication skills to deliver training and support pre-sales efforts. The ideal candidate is not only a talented developer but also an energetic and communicative professional who can engage with stakeholders, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to business development efforts.  RESPONSIBILITIES: + Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.  + Create and customize Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven) to address specific business needs.  + Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party services.  + Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose optimal Power Platform solutions.  + Provide pre-sales support by demonstrating Power Platform capabilities and assisting sales executives in technical discussions.  + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate flows and Power Apps applications.  + Conduct training sessions and enablement workshops to empower end users and business teams.  + Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.  + Stay updated on Power Platform advancements and provide recommendations for process improvements.  REQUIREMENTS: + Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.  + Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.  + Ability to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proof of concept development, and customer engagement.  + Proficiency in Power Automate expressions, connectors, and triggers.  + Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and analytics is a plus.  + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Power Platform applications effectively. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  + Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.  + Experience leading training sessions, workshops, or enablement programs for business users.  + Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).  + Experience with AI Builder, Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.  + Familiarity with Alteryx is a plus but not required. Spanish is a plus but not required.  Powered by JazzHR
