\nPurpose
\nPeople, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Power Platform Developer to oversee for the creation of MS Power Platform, reporting dashboards, user interfaces and other solutions based on a demand pipeline centered around innovation. The goal is to automate manual business tasks, create new solutions, and remove operational overhead using cutting edge tools so that the client service staff can add more business value to our clients and back office/administrative staff can work more efficiently.
\nA qualified candidate is proficient in MS Power Platform using agile development methodologies with deep knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of the supporting technologies in the ecosystem; has a strong background in creating innovative solutions while observing development best practices.

\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n\n\tWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, research, and implement solutions across the Power Platform\n\tClearly articulate the vision for solution and solve problems related to system and environmental limitations\n\tDesign end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing\n\tUtilize connectors, leverage the AI Builder, design Power BI dashboards, build canvas apps, build Power Apps portals, and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows\n\tDevelop data models for Power Platform applications, including connecting tables, databases, and webservices\n\tAnalyzes and develops solutions for end-user business requirements.\n\tPrograms a multitude of components for web apps and provides for proper technical documentation.\n\tEnsures full integration of back-end databases.\n\tPerform QA on your developed solutions and solutions created by other developers as part of cross-functional code design/review and cross training\n\tClearly and effectively document code/solutions and provide effective/concise input for business/user documentation\n\tVisualize and document infrastructure and system design specifications using architecture diagrams\n\n
\nPreferred Knowledge/Skills:\n\n\n\tLanguages/Data Formats: SQL, Python, C#, PHP, Java / JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, VBA, VBScript\n\tTechnologies/Methodologies: SharePoint (out-of-the-box and/or actual dev/coding)\n\nMicrosoft Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Test Plans, CI/CD Automation) or other similar DevOps solutions, Microsoft TEAMS, API Integration tools (MuleSoft, Apigee), .NET (Framework, Core, MVC), ETL Tools (i.e., Alteryx, SSIS, Informatica)

\nMinimum Requirements:\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree in computer or business-related field (Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, etc.)\n\t5 - 10 years MS Power Platform development experience \n\n
